Las Vegas, NV - July 8, 2019 - This month at the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino, the Diamond Las Vegas Open will host both professional and amateur players alike at a WPA-sanctioned 9-ball tournament. The 128-player tournament will be held in the heart of the BCA and USA Pool League World Championships on July 17-20.

This WPA-sanctioned event will serve as a prelude event to the Predator World 10-Ball Championship. It is a $25,000 added event and will boast some major competitors but is open to anyone who pays the $275.00 entry fee.

The tournament will be played on 9-foot Diamond Pro Am tables and will offer players and fans alike a chance to watch and even play their favorite professionals, all while competing for a $17,000 first place prize.

“The vision for the Diamond Las Vegas Open is to bridge the gap between fans and professional players,” said Predator Group CEO, Karim Belhaj. “By creating this open tournament in the heart of the BCA and USA Pool League World Championships, we’re aiming to inspire those players looking to take their game into the national spotlight.”

The Diamond Las Vegas Open will be streamed for free on YouTube Live and Zhibo TV.
